Service:
We provide a service to screen eligibility and pass details to registered optometrists who offer NHS-funded home eye tests where eligible. Appointment confirmation and delivery are managed by the optometrist.
Limitation of Liability:
We make reasonable efforts to validate eligibility but do not guarantee appointment availability. Any appointment dates and times are subject to optometrist availability.
